This is an overview on Naturopathy made in 1995 as it shows at the end. It covers briefly all aspects of this subject: history, differences between traditional western medicine & naturopathy, Chinese medicine /Indian ayurveda & naturopathy, alternative practices like chiropractice, a whole entire session of consultation with a naturopathic doctor, and finally it ends with a long list of fruits, veggies and their benefits. It seems made to train students of alternative medicine or those who are interested in this subject. It very educational but a slow paced low budget video.
